Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/complainant. 2.

The applicant seeking cancellation of bail on the sole ground that after their release they are threatening the prosecution witnesses.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge-3, Parbhani, release the accused on the condition not to pressure the prosecution witnesses. If the applicant has grievance that the accused have breach the condition, remedy to cancel the bail lies with the same Court granting bail. This application is not maintainable before this Court, hence, the same stands dismissed with liberty to approach the appropriate Court.
