The applicant prays for issuance of notice to the original respondent on the new address mentioned below paragraph No.2 in the Civil Application and further prays the leave to deposit Rs.10,000/- for the month of April, 2017. He submits that the amount has been deposited as per order of this Court dated 1.2.2017 upto September,2017, except April.

For the reasons stated, the Civil Application is allowed. The applicant shall deposit the deficit amount of Rs.10,000/- on/or before 25.9.2017, failing which, the interim protection dated 1.3.2017 shall stand vacated.
