The perusal of F.I.R. reflects that the amount of defalcation, as alleged against the office bearers and the accused, who are members/staff of Dhanwantari Mahila Nagari Patsanstha, of not depositing amount of Rs.81,44,464/- was already deposited on 03/07/2015 and 06/07/2015.

The applicant is behind bar since 21/08/2015. No fruitful purpose will be served, as custodial interrogation of the present applicant, who is employee of the said co-operative society will be of hardly any assistance.

In view above, the application stands allowed. The applicant be released on bail, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with one surety in the like amount, in connection with Crime No. 124/2015, registered with Vaijapur Police Station, Taluka Vaijapur, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
