The only prayer put forth by the petitioner is that the appeal preferred by him on 11.11.2020 before the sole respondent u/s 124(G) of the MRTP Act, 1966, may be decided expeditiously. 2.

The learned AGP submits that the appeal can be decided by April2023. 3.
