The learned Advocate for respondent no.4 has placed on record the communication dated 20.11.2023 stating that by the said letter bill was submitted pertaining to the petitioner. 2.

The learned A.G.P. by placing letter issued by the Superintendent, Pay Unit, Beed dated 14.03.2024 accepts that pay bill has been received and it would be processed before 31.03.2024 and the outstanding amount would be credited to the concerned account. Both these letters are taken on record by marking Exhibits-A and B. 3.

In view of these letters, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the purpose of the petition is served. 4.
