It is an application for suspension of sentence and bail filed by the applicants/appellants.

Heard Mr G.R. Syed, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr P.G. Borade, learned APP for the State.

It is revealed during the course of argument that the applicants were on bail during the trial. They have deposited entire amount of fine with the trial court. The maximum sentence awarded against the applicants is simple imprisonment for one month and fine with default stipulation. It would be just and proper to release the applicants on bail by suspending the sentence. There are no extraordinary circumstances to keep them behind the bars during the pendency of the appeal. There are
2 912-Cri.Appln-3140-2022 no chances to take up this appeal for final hearing in near future.
ORDER
(I) The Criminal Application is hereby allowed.
(II) The execution of substantive sentence passed in Sessions Case No. 218/2013 by the Sessions Judge, Dhule against the applicants is hereby suspended till final decision of the appeal (III) The applicants namely, (1) Mahesh Ramesh Chaudhari
(2) Yogesh Ramesh Chaudhari and (3) Ramesh Shankar Chaudhari shall be released on bail on their furnishing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) each with one or two solvent sureties of the like amount on following conditions:- (a) The applicants shall furnish their in-detail address with their Cell Numbers with the concerned trial court.
(b) Bail before the trial court.
(c) Inform to the concerned Court accordingly.
