DATE : 27th OCTOBER, 2021 PER COURT :- Mr. Khedkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Divisional commissioner has given direction to the Chief Executive Officer to decide the issue about posting of the petitioner on vacant post. Pursuant to the order of this Court, the petitioner has given representation to the Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar on 31st July, 2020; the same is not decided yet. 2.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondents No. 1 and 2. 3.

Mr. Vibhute, learned counsel for respondent No.3, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner (Page- 46) would be decided within a period of eight weeks. 4.

In view of aforesaid statement, Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
