Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent

wp9715.16 events/ developments occurred after filing of this Petition, the grievance raised in this Petition stands redressed. However, he submits that amount as per amended award has not been paid to the Petitioner. In that respect the Petitioner to approach the competent authority and if he approaches the competent authority, the said authority to take expeditious steps. We have not expressed any opinion on the said aspect.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
