Mr. A.D. Kasliwal, the learned Counsel for respondent Nos.3 to 7 submits that the matter between the parties is compromised in the Civil Court and the suit is also withdrawn on 31.03.2016. The petitioner has also died on 02.12.2017. The copy of Death Certificate is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
