This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited in this Court.

The learned advocate for the respondents has objected for withdrawal of entire amount by the applicants since the appeal is pending against the award.

In such circumstances, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% amount deposited in this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 5.

The civil application is disposed off.
