This Petition can be disposed of by directing Respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the proposal tendered with the Scrutiny Committee in respect of the validation of the caste certificate issued in favour of the Petitioner, tendered in the year 2010, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of ONE YEAR from today, if the same is not yet decided, in accordance with the provisions of law and it is accordingly directed.
