The present Writ Petition is filed on premise that certified copies of the documents as claimed by the petitioner vide application dt.29.6.2015 are not being provided. The report is received from the Joint Civil Judge (S.D.) Udgir, informing that the directions are issued not to issue copies of Urdu Fasli documents pursuant to the order in W.P.No.4297/2007 with C.A.No.4943/2010.

Considering that it will be appropriate for the petitioner to file application in the said Writ Petition bearing W.P.No.4297/2007

for necessary relief.
