I have heard the learned Advocates for the applicant and the respondents. The writ petition was refused registration for non removal of office objections. This application suffers 11 days delay. The respondents strongly opposed the application. 2.

Considering that the delay is minuscule, this civil application is allowed for the reasons set out in the application with the following directions :- [a] All office objections in the writ petition shall be removed on or before 06/03/2020.

- 2 - [b] Copies of the writ petition paper book shall be supplied to the learned Advocate Mr.Dhanure on or before 06/03/2020. [c] Upon compliance of the above, the order of the learned Registrar dated 29/07/2019 shall stand recalled and the writ petition shall be listed in the "Urgent Admissions Category" on 16/03/2020.

[d] If the above two directions are not complied with, this order shall stand recalled and the order of the learned Registrar dated 29/07/2019 shall attain finality without reference to this Court on 07/03/2020.
