After this matter was heard for some time, the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition since there is a statutory remedy available with regard to the correction of mutation entries. 2.

In view of his earlier submissions, the S.D.O. / respondent No.3 had to be summoned urgently to brief the learned AGP. Considering the record shown to us, we could have imposed exemplary costs on the petitioner.
