Mr. Kazi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners on instructions of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue application dated 07th November, 2017 filed U/Sec. 3H-4 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (for short "Act of 1956") 2.

With liberty so prayed, writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

It is clarified that observations made by the District Court in the impugned order dated 29.08.2022 shall not be construed
