In so far as the criminal application is concerned, the learned prosecutor prays for condonation of delay of 30 days, in preferring an application seeking leave to challenge the acquittal. 3.

We have heard the learned advocates for the respective sides. We find that the delay of 30 days is neither deliberate nor inordinate. No laches can be attributed to the State for having caused the said delay.

As such, the criminal application is allowed and the delay of 30 days is condoned.

By consent of the parties, list all these matter on 07-04-2021.
