1] Heard. For the reasons stated in the Criminal Application No.4122 of 2024 for assisting to the P.P., the same is allowed. Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.

2] Heard learned counsel for the applicant in ABA No.1475 of 2024 and the learned APP for the respondentState. 3] The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 46 of 2024, registered with

Gategaon Police Station, Tq. & District Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 506, 143, 147, 148, 149, 427, 452 of the IPC and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.

3] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the allegations in the FIR are that the applicant came along with other accused persons and entered the Mauli Hotel of Vivekanand Antram Bole and tyres shop of Gajanan Hariram Lokhande and had assaulted the informant and the allegations against the applicant are general in nature. The applicant is a Lady. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court, by order dated 28.08.2024, has granted interim protection in favour of the applicant and the applicant has attended the concerned police station and has co-operated with the investigation.

4] Considering that the allegations against the applicant that the applicant has beaten the informant with stones and the allegations against the applicant are general in nature. The applicant is a Lady. In view of the same, the interim protection granted by order dated 28.08.2024, stands confirmed, on the following conditions : i] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer.

ii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. She shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.

iii] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

5] In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled.

6] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

7] The application stands disposed of.
