The father of the petitioner was a permanent employee with Navnirman Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Vasantrao Naik Vidyalaya, Patoda, Tq. Patoda, Dist. Beed. Though it is not pleaded in the memo of the petition that his father was a permanent employee, it is submitted that, after he died on 21/07/2021, the petitioner moved an application on 28/07/2021 and was appointed as a 'Peon' on 01/09/2021. A proposal seeking approval was forwarded on 04/02/2022, which is still pending.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to respondent No.2, to deal with the said proposal on it's own merits and pass an order, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, on or before 15/01/2023.
