By this petition, the petitioner challenges the impugned order dated 24.9.2019 passed by District Deputy Registrar, Jalgaon in Case No. 572/2018.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 has filed pursis stating therein that entire outstanding loan amount has been paid by the petitioner and his wife and no amount is outstanding from the petitioner. It is submitted by the counsel for respondent No. 2 that in respect of property of the petitioner bearing land Gat No. 127 admeasuring 3 H. 43R. the respondent No. 2 has no objection to remove its encumbrance over the said land.

Considering the above pursis, the impugned order is set aside and liberty is granted to respondent No. 2 to release the land noted in para 3 above in favour of the petitioner.
