This application is for condonation of delay of 37 days caused in filing appeal by the applicant/Insurance Company. 3.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 4 opposes the application. However, for the reasons stated in the application and since the delay is only of 37 days caused in filing appeal, this Court is inclined to allow the application.
