Learned AGP, upon instructions from the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Beed submits that the amount of compensation is received from the State Government and notices under section 37 (2) of the Land Acquisition Act are being issued to the claimants and the amount would be disbursed after the claimants appear before the SLAO pursuant to the said notices.

Said notices shall be issued to the claimants within two weeks from today, if not already issued.

After the notices are received, the claimants shall appear before the SLAO on the given date and the SLAO shall disburse the amount of compensation within four weeks from the date of appearance of the claimants.
