1] This is an application for permission to withdraw the amount under the award lying with the Registry of this court. 2] Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned counsel appearing for non applicant. Claim for compensation on account of death of Vaishali Krishna Ghadge because of use of motor vehicle was allowed to the extent of Rs. 2,40,000/-. Said amount is in deposit of the Registry of this court. The appeal filed by owner of motor vehicle is already dismissed. As such, the entire amount in this Court under the award alongwith interest accrued thereon, be transmitted to the MACT, Ambajogai for further orders regarding its apportionment and disbursement. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
