PER COURT :- This matter was heard from time to time and lastly on 3rd December, 2014 when the learned counsel for the petitioner was absent. Therefore, this Court was constrained to adjourn the matter to 16.01.2015 to give one more opportunity to the counsel for the petitioner to argue the matter.

When today the matter was called out, none appeared for the petitioner. The matter was kept back. Even in second round none appeared for the petitioner or even the matter is not mentioned for adjournment on behalf of the petitioner.

We have perused the affidavit-in-reply filed by the Investigating Officer. We are satisfied that, appropriate steps have been taken by the Respondent Authorities. The Respondent Authorities to continue search of the missing person.

In the light of above, the petition is disposed of. In case, any new facts come to the notice of the parties, liberty to get the petition revived.
