Civil Applications No.1807 of 2019 and No.1810 of 2019 have been filed for getting the delay of 1763 days condoned for filing first appeals and Civil Application No.11587 of 2018 has been filed for getting the delay of 1722 days condoned for filing first appeal.

The appellant - acquiring body intends to challenge the enhancement in the compensation granted by the reference Court, however there is delay.

Respondent is served, however failed to appear. Under such circumstance, whatever reasons have been given in the delay condonation application, have gone unchallenged on record. Hence, the delay is condoned. Civil application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.

Registry to verify and register the first appeal and be placed for further consideration on 20-01-2020.
