On 25/09/2025, this Court had directed to learned Advocate for the applicant to make a statement as to within how much time the amount of arrears would be deposited by the applicant in this Court, and the matter was posted on 03/10/2025. On 03/10/2025, a statement was made by learned Advocate for the applicant that the applicant is depositing Rs.50,000/- on the same day. Time was given to the applicant to deposit Rs.50,000/- till 10/10/2025. 2.

Today, learned Advocate Mr Bagal holding for Advocate Mr Gadegaonkar for respondents states that the applicant has neither

3193.25appln (2) deposited the amount as directed him, before this Court nor before the learned Trial Court.

In the morning session, this matter was called out. However, nobody appeared on behalf of the applicant. Even in the second session, nobody is present on behalf of the applicant. Hence, there is non-compliance of the order passed by this Court. 4.

In that view of the matter, this application is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Needless to state, interim relief, if any granted to the applicant, is hereby vacated.
