ORDER :- This Court under Order 07-01-2019 granted interim relief of stay to the execution and implementation to the impugned Judgment and Award subject to condition that applicant-Acquiring Body shall deposit entire amount of the Award within a period of eight weeks. But, the applicant-Acquiring Body did not pay any heed to the order passed by this Court nor there were any efforts for compliance of order. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to keep the applications alive on board for awaiting compliance on the part of applicant-Acquiring Body. Hence, Civil Applications for stay stand disposed of accordingly. The liberty is granted to the respondents-original claimants to avail the recourse of law for execution of the Award within ambit of law before the Executing / Reference Court.

The learned Registrar (Judicial) to inform the concerned Executing / Reference Court about dismissal of present stay petitions for non-compliance of the condition for depositing the amount in this Court and to proceed further for recovery of compensation amount as per Award in the execution proceedings, if any, filed on behalf of original claimants.
