Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's proposal is pending with the committee for validation since 2022. His paternal uncle possesses a certificate of validity. He intends to secure admission in the current academic process. The last date of submission of validity certificate is 8 September 2024. 2.

We dispose of the writ petition, directing the petitioner to appear before the committee tomorrow i.e. 28 August 2024 with a request to demonstrate the urgency and further expecting the committee to consider his request and decide the proposal as early as possible.
