Present petition has been filed for directions to decide the representation of petitioner dated 01.07.2025 to respondent No.3. Petitioner contends that the arrears of 7th Pay Commission have been given to him, however, the interest has not been paid. For that purpose he has made representation on 01.07.2025.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and upon instructions from respondent No.3 submits that the representation would be decided within a period of two months from today. We take the statement as

931_WP_12782_2025 undertaking and dispose of the writ petition by giving directions to respondent No.3 to decide the said representation dated 01.07.2025 within a period of two months from today.
