By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that the caste claim of the petitioner which is pending before Respondent No.2Committee be decided expeditiously. 2.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP, we deem it appropriate to direct Respondent No.2-Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of three months from today.
