In view of prayer clause (C) seeking directions to decide the appeal/ application filed by the Petitioner dated 8th July, 2014, we are not considering the other prayer clauses made in the present writ petition. We have heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the learned counsel for Respondent Nos.7 and 8, the learned AGP and the learned counsel for Respondent - Management.

Upon hearing the learned counsel for respective parties, we pass the following order:

I.

The Education Officer i.e. Respondent No.3 shall decide the appeal/ application dated 8th July, 2014, filed by the Petitioner raising objection to the seniority list after hearing all the parties concerned, on its own merits, expeditiously, preferably within three months.

III.

The parties shall appear before the Education Officer on 23rd February, 2015.

IV.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
