The petitioner who is the father of the victim minor girl has been seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus.

The girl was produced before us yesterday that is on 10.11.2022 by the investigating officer Mr. Devidas Trimbakrao Shewale, Satara Police Station, Aurangabad.

On our enquiry with the girl she had stated her date of birth as 04.04.2004. She had told us that she has studied up to 12th standard. She also informed us about having solemnized marriage with the boy suspected who have abducted her, at Bhopal on 23.10.2022. She had also told us about having left the paternal home voluntarily and was not confined by anybody. She also told us that she was staying with the boy in his house at village Gavhali Tq. Sillod.

Since the learned advocate for the petitioner and the petitioner himself were not present we had kept the matter today. 5.

The learned advocate for the petitioner along with the petitioner is present. On instructions, the learned advocate Mr. Deshmukh submits that now that the petitioner's daughter has solemnized marriage with the boy, and that she has been happily residing with him at her in law' s place he is satisfied about her well being.
