This is an application seeking cancellation of bailable warrant directed to be issued to the present applicant, who is arrayed as respondent no. 6 in the writ petition.

We have heard both the sides.

Though several other things have been mentioned in the application touching the merits of the writ petition, since the warrant was issued because in spite of being in-charge headmaster, the respondent no. 6 was not responding, the application is allowed. The warrant is cancelled now that he is present in person.
