ORDER:

Mr M. C. Syed, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners in both these petitions are appointed as Shikshan

2 Sr52&53WP14726.2017&Anr Sevaks. Their appointments as Shikshan Sevak are also approved by the Dy. Director of Education, however, the honorarium is not released.

Mr Mukhedkar, the learned counsel for the respondentInstitution submits that, even the salary bills are submitted for payment of honorarium to the petitioners in the month of October/November- 2016.

It is further submitted that, proposal is also given seeking permanent approval to the appointment of the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 14726 of 2017 in the month of November-2017. 4.

In case the approvals are granted to the petitioners as Shikshan Sevak and the proposals are received for payment of honorarium to them, then if there is no other impediment, the Dy. Director of Education shall process the said salary bills with regard to the payment of honorarium, in accordance with law and if found due, the same shall be paid within a period of three months. The Dy. Director of Education shall also take a decision on the proposal submitted by the Institution seeking permanent approval to the appointment of petitioner in Writ Petition No. 14726 of 2017 within four months.
