On hearing learned counsel for the appellants and the learned A.P.P., we find this to be a fit case to grant suspension of execution of the further substantive sentences

of imprisonment imposed by the trial Court. Therefore, pending the appeals, execution of further substantive sentences imposed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amalner in Sessions Case No.12/2013 vide order dated 17/1/2015 is suspended and both the appellants be released on bail on their executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) each with one surety in the like amount.
