This Petition challenges the order dated 13.10.2022 passed in CC/21/313 by the District Consumer Redressal Forum, Jalgaon proceeding ex parte against the Petitioner.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that an application was moved by the Petitioner before the District Consumer Redressal Commission, Jalgaon for setting aside order dated 13.10.2022. This application came to be rejected by the Commission.

In view of the rejection of the said application, nothing survives in the Petition. In the result, Petition stands disposed of.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to take appropriate steps against this order dated 13.10.2022 in accordance with law.
