Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that the applicants could not remove office objections and therefore by order dated 25.04.2018, learned Registrar (Judicial) refused registration of appeal. It is submitted that within two weeks, the applicant would remove office objections and therefore by condoning the delay caused in moving this application, the appeal be restored. It is submitted that the delay caused is unintentional and there was no notice to other side in the appeal. It is also submitted that due to oversight on the part of counsel for the applicants, the objections could not be removed.

Considering the submissions, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B). The applicants to remove office objections within two weeks from today.
