Learned Advocate for the applicant seeks leave to amend the prayer clause. Leave granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. 2.

None for the respondent even in the second sessions, when the matter is called out for second time.

This application is filed by the wife for transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.A-71 of 2019 filed by respondent-husband pending in the Family Court, Latur to the learned Family Court at Parbhani. 4.

It is submitted that the distance between two places is around 200 k.m. The wife is staying with her parents at Parbhani. She is maintaining two children at Parbhani. The proceedings which are filed by the

Ethape ( 2 ) 3-MCA-194-2019 applicant-wife in the Court at Parbhani i.e. case under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the IPC and Regular Civil Suit bearing RCS No.166 of 2019 and another proceeding under the Domestic Violence Act. One other proceeding is also pending under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. at Parbhani.

Considering above, this Court is inclined to allow the application. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). 6.

After the proceeding is transferred, the applicant-wife shall cooperate in speedy disposal of the proceedings without seeking unnecessary adjournments. If the Court finds that unnecessary adjournments are sought by the applicant-wife, the Court shall deal with it to compensate the respondent.

The learned Judge shall try to dispose of the proceeding as early as possible and preferably within one year from the date of transfer of the proceeding.

With this, application stands disposed of.
