The applicant is seeking quashment of criminal case based on a crime No. 54/2022 registered with Osmanpura Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 354D, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. 3.

The learned advocates are unanimous that parties have amicably settled the dispute. The offences are not serious. The respondent No. 2 has also filed an affidavit. They are near relatives and to maintain a peaceful and cordial relation they have entered into compromise. 4.

In view of Section 77A of the I.T Act, second proviso since the offence 1/2
