The present application is filed for restoration with a prayer for condonation of delay of 128 days.

For the reasons stated in the application that due to oversight the office objections could not be removed and there is delay, the delay is condoned.

The order dated 28/03/2023 passed by the Registrar Judicial of this Court to the extent of first appeal is quashed and set aside. The appeal is restored.

4.

The appellant to remove office objections within a period fo eight weeks from today. In the event the appellant fails to remove office objections within a stipulated period, the order passed by the Registrar Judicial dated 28/03/2023 will stand restored. 5.
