1] Heard both the sides.

3] These civil applications are filed for condonation of delay caused in filing applications for the relief of setting aside the order made by the learned Registrar (Judicial) by which registration of the appeals was refused. The prayer is also made for setting aside the said order. The main matters were filed as appeals against the decision of Reference Court. It appears that the Court fee was not paid and there were some other

- 3 - office objections and due to that registration was refused by the Registrar (Judicial).

3] In view of contents of the applications and the relief claimed in the main matters and the circumstance that the Advocate is taking blame to himself, this Court holds that the delay needs to be condoned. The civil applications are allowed. Delay in these matters is condoned. The order made by the Registrar (Judicial) in all these matters refusing registration is hereby set aside. The matters are restored to their original number.

4] A statement of the learned counsel for the appellants is recorded that the appellants will not be claiming interest in respect of the period which is spent due to aforesaid circumstances. He undertakes to remove office objections and pay the Court fees prior to 11.12.2015. If prior to 11.12.2015, the Court fees is not paid and office objections are not removed, it shall be treated that all these civil applications stand rejected.
