The present Civil Application is preferred by the applicants to bring on record legal heirs of respondent No. 1 i.e. Shaikh Mukhtar Shaikh Jabbar, who is expired on 14.07.2022. In support of averments in the application, the death certificate of respondent No. 1 is filed on record. Upon perusal of which, it is evident that the respondent No. 1 expired on 14.07.2022 and the present Civil Application is filed on 16.09.2022 which is within the of period limitation.
