Learned counsel further submits that learned Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Chakur, by judgment and order dated 05.11.2014, dismissed the suit of the plaintiff with costs. 2.

In view of this, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is thus, disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
