We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned A. P. P. for Respondents No.1 to 4. We have also perused the statement of Sidramappa, husband of the petitioner, recorded by A.P.I., Aurad Shahajani Police Station. It appears from the statement of Sidramappa that he has not been wrongfully detained in any manner.

Furthermore, Respondent No. 5 Vishwanath, younger son of petitioner and Sidramappa, Respondent No.6 Reshma - wife of Respondent No.5 along with other two sons of the petitioner and

{2} crwp115921.odt Sidramappa, namely, Malikarjun and Kashinath, have fled a joint affdavit stating therein that Respondents No.5 and 6 are ready to take care of petitioner and her husband - Sidramappa and they are ready to provide all the facilities to them, including separate room, food, water and other necessary amenities. Further, the sons of petitioner and Sidramappa, by way of joint affdavit, have undertaken to incur all the medical expenses of the petitioner and her husband - Sidramappa, jointly and severally. The said affdavit is taken on record.

The petitioner and her husband Sidramappa are also ready to reside at Aurad Shahajani along with their younger son Vishwanath and his wife Reshma - Respondents No. 5 and 6. In view of the same, Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of.
