The present petition has been filed for quashing and setting aside order dated 31.07.2023 passed by respondent no.2 rejecting parole leave of the petitioner. However, it also appears that Appeal preferred by the petitioner is still pending before respondent no.1. 2.

Under such circumstance, it is in the interest to direct respondent no.1 to decide the said Appeal within 15 days from today.
