The petitioners are challenging the demand notice and the symbolic possession taken. The symbolic possession is referable to section 13 (4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 3.

The petitioners have remedy available before the Debt Revenue Tribunal under Section 17 of the said Act. 4.

The petitioner may avail the remedy available.
