Learned AGP, on instructions from the Scrutiny Committee, submits that the caste claim of the petitioner will be decided within a period of three weeks from today. 2.

The said statement is recorded as undertaking to this Court and the contempt petition is disposed of. 3.

Learned advocate for petitioner submits that the petitioner has recently delivered a child and therefore, it may not be possible for her to appear before the Committee. Hence, on her behalf her father and real sister may be permitted to appear. 4.

Petitioner's father Ratilal Akoskar and real sister Arati Ratilal Akoskar shall remain present before the Committee on 03/09/2025, on behalf of the petitioner.
