The Applicant desires that this Court should clarify the details of it's order dated 15.09.2016 and with regard to the punishment of stoppage of three increments.

I do not find that there is any ambiguity in the order dated 15.09.2016. Besides, this Court would not indulge in issuing any clarification as regards the orders it has passed. This Civil Application being devoid of merit is rejected. kps (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
