Leave to correct typing mistake occurring in the compromise terms. Correction be carried out forthwith. 2.

In view of the no objection given by the learned advocate representing the respondent - wife and as the parties are settling these matters, Ms. Jayashree Nawale, learned advocate is appointed to represent the respondent - wife at the State expenses.

These matters arise from matrimonial dispute, therefore, this Court tried to settle the matter by interacting with the

{2} parties. Accordingly, the parties have amicably settled the dispute. Compromise terms, duly verified by the learned Registrar (Judicial), are placed on record. They are marked "X" for identification purpose. The parties are present before the Court and they are identified by their respective learned advocates. The parties confirm that the matter is amicably settled in terms of the compromise terms.

The petitioner - husband has handed over bankers cheuqe of Rs.17,00,000/- (Rupees seventeen lakh only) bearing No. 000368 dated 26th June, 2023 drawn on H.D.F.C. Bank favouring Deepika d/o Narayan Vyas (respondent - wife), to the respondent - wife, which the respondent - wife has accepted towards full and final settlement of her past and future maintenance.

In view of the amicable settlement, the writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the compromise terms. 6.

In terms of clause No. I of the terms of the compromise, the respondent - wife shall withdraw the allegations made in the Hindu Marriage Petition No. 412 of 2018, by amending it and both the parties shall seek divorce by mutual consent. Thereafter, the Family Court, Aurangabad shall pass the decree

{3} of divorce by mutual consent, in accordance with law. 7.

Fees payable to the learned advocate appointed for the respondent - wife, is quantified at Rs.5000/- which shall be paid by Legal Aid Services, Sub Committee, High Court, Aurangabad within a period of four weeks from today.
