This petition is filed for limited direction to respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Koli Malhar (30)' within stipulated period of time. 2.
There is urgency in the matter as the employer of the petitioner, i.e., respondent No.3 - Collector has issued a notice to the petitioner dated 30.07.2025, calling upon her to produce validity certificate within five days, failing which her service would be terminated. It is stated on behalf of the petitioner that till date she is continuing on the appointed post of Talathi. 3.
In that light, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by issuing appropriate direction. It is to be noted that the learned AGP appears for all the three respondents.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 -
2 933.WP.10199.25.odt Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of three months, as we are informed that final arguments are also concluded. 5.
In the meanwhile, and during the pendency of the proceedings before respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee, the service of the petitioner shall not be terminated on the ground of failure to produce validity certificate, subject to the petitioner filing an undertaking within two weeks that she shall not claim any service benefits such as promotion, increment, pay fixation, confirmation, etc. A copy of the said undertaking on affidavit shall also be placed before the respondent No.3 within the said period of two weeks. 6.
