The grievance of the petitioner is, inspite of direction the application was not decided and therefore, the present contempt petition is filed.

In response to the notice of this Court, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 tendered an affidavit in reply across the bar. He invited our attention to the affidavit in reply filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and also to the order passed by the authority on the application. Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 submitted that the delay caused in deciding the application is due to administrative exigencies and as same was for bonafide reason. An unconditional apology is also tendered by the deponent to this Court. As the order of this court is complied with

cp15.19 -2and respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have also tendered their apology, the statement made in para 3 of the affidavit in reply to that effect is accepted.
